Crypto AEO agencies, compared

Five firms on what each publishes about itself. Written by the smallest one on the list, which is disclosed rather than hidden.

Five firms, including Kunzum, compared on what each publishes about itself. Kunzum wrote this page and is the smallest firm on it, so read the ranking accordingly — the useful parts are the table and the "best if" lines, not the order.

Every claim about another firm here comes from that firm's own published pages, read on 12 September 2026, and each is linked. Where a firm does not publish something — team size, pricing — this page says so rather than guessing.

In short

  • Coinbound and MarketAcross are the scale options, at eight and fourteen years respectively.
  • LuvKaizen is the only firm on this list that publishes price ranges.
  • ColdChain is the closest fit for technical and developer-facing crypto.
  • Kunzum is the smallest and the only one publishing its raw measurement corpus.
  • Nobody on this list can guarantee an AI recommendation, and the honest ones say so.

The five, side by side

FirmFocusScalePricing
ColdChainCrypto, fintech and blockchainCase studies published for Rootstock and a MiCA-compliant exchange launchNot published — brief or call
LuvKaizenCrypto and Web3, plus general B2B AEOCase studies published for io.finnet, Swissmoney and Gate.ioPublished: audit and setup $3,000–$10,000 one-off, retainer $5,000–$20,000 a month, three-month programme $20,000–$60,000
CoinboundCrypto and Web3, full service900+ Web3 clients, naming Sui, Gala, Cosmos, Litecoin, OKX and NexoNot published — “we create custom solutions based on client needs”
MarketAcrossBlockchain PR and content, globalwork with more than 1,000 companies, naming Polygon, Avalanche, MultiversX, EOS Network Foundation and UbisoftNot published
KunzumCrypto only, AI search visibility onlyOne person, three clients at a timeNot published

A note on the pricing column: four of five do not publish. That is normal for the category and it is a cost to buyers, who cannot filter before a call. LuvKaizen is the exception and deserves credit for it.

Which to call, and when

ColdChain — best if you need search and paid and PR moving together

SEO, AEO and performance marketing across paid, PR and KOL channels for crypto, fintech and blockchain. ColdChain states it runs paid media, PR, KOL and email alongside search. Kunzum runs none of those. If your problem is a launch that needs four channels moving at once, that is a genuine structural advantage and Kunzum cannot match it.

LuvKaizen — best if you want published prices and a general AEO playbook

Crypto and general B2B AEO, built around question mapping, answer blocks and schema. Publishes its price ranges. LuvKaizen puts price ranges on the page. Kunzum does not, and that is a point against Kunzum rather than a neutral difference — published pricing respects a buyer's time and filters mismatches before a call.

Coinbound — best if you need a full marketing department with a crypto network

Full-service crypto and Web3 marketing — influencer, PR, paid, community, events — with AI optimisation as one line of eleven. Nine hundred stated clients and eight years in the category is an access advantage no solo operator can manufacture. If the job needs KOLs, exchange relationships or tier-one crypto press, Coinbound has a network and Kunzum does not.

MarketAcross — best if the objective is tier-one press

Blockchain PR and content at global scale, built on fourteen years of press and KOL relationships. Fourteen years of relationships with crypto and mainstream press. If the objective is tier-one coverage, this is the category MarketAcross competes in and Kunzum does not compete in it at all.

Kunzum — best if you want the measurement more than the manpower

One operator, three clients at a time, crypto only. The distinguishing feature is not quality of writing, which every firm here claims — it is that Kunzum publishes 1,500 raw AI responses and 12,518 citations under CC BY 4.0 with no email gate, so the method can be checked before anything is bought.

It is the wrong choice for anything needing a team, paid media, KOLs, community or press. That covers most buyers.

What an engagement involves, and the crypto AEO page.

What this page is not

This is not a measured ranking. Kunzum's whole argument is that claims should be measured rather than asserted, and the obvious way to rank agencies in this category would be to run the index method on the agencies themselves and publish which ones the engines actually name.

That is worth doing and is not done here, because Kunzum would be scoring a category it competes in, and the result would need publishing whether or not Kunzum appeared. Until that exists, treat this page as what it is: a fairly sourced comparison written by an interested party.

The questions worth asking any of these firms are on the AEO agency page.
